Travel informationFrom Cape Town International Airport :
- Get onto the N2 from the airport towards the City.
- As you approach Cape Town CBD area, the N2 and N1 meet and become Lower Buitengracht Street.
- Turn right off Buitengracht Street into Somerset Road.
- Somerset Road becomes Green Point Main Road and Upper Portswood if off to your left (Melissa's Coffee Shop on the corner).
- Port View House is at the top of Upper Portswood Road, number 13.

Family Room
Our Family room is located on the ground level leading from the pool /garden area. The bathroom has a bath and shower. This room can accommodate 4 adults. Supplement charges are applicable for additional occupancy. Please enquire directly at the guest house.
Luxury Room
Select rooms are spacious double/twin rooms with bath/shower. Four of the five select rooms have balconies with views over the city and port.
Standard Room
Standard rooms are slightly smaller than the select rooms but with the same decor and comfort.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
