This guesthouse is located in Fresnaye beneath the Lion’s Head Mountain and just 200 metres from Sea Point promenade. It offers modern accommodation in relaxing surroundings.

Sundown Manor is a 10-minute drive from V & A Waterfront and the convention centre. It is just 5 minutes' drive from the famous Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches.

Travel information
By car:
- Arriving at the airport, follow the N2 in the direction of Cape Town.
- Follow the motorway until the N1 and N2 merge to become Buitengracht
Street.
- Turn right into Strand Street, which later becomes Highlevel Road.
- Turn right once you reach Avenue Normandie.
- Sundown Manor is on the corner of Avenue Normandie and Norman Grove.
