- Take M3 South towards Muizenberg, exit at the Kendal Road off-ramp.
- Turn right and then left at the T-junction onto Spaanschemat River Road, in the direction of Tokai.
- Follow the road for 2 km. Welbeloond Road will be on your right and Nova Constantia is the 2nd property on the right.

Deluxe Suite
Features a spacious en suite bathroom with a spa bath, double vanity and large shower. Overlooks the tennis court and offers views towards the False Bay area.
Premier Suites
Premier Suites have a fully equipped kitchenette and a seating area with a gas fireplace. Each has an en suite bathroom with a large bath, double vanity and shower. A dressing room and gas fireplace are added comforts.
The inter-connecting balcony has a hot tub, which can be shared or screened off.
Apartment
A large room with 2 bedrooms separated by folding screens. Has a fully-equipped kitchen, private entrance and parking, private braai patio.
Standard Suite
Each suite comprises a seating area with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a large bathroom with bath, double vanity and large shower; and a north-facing balcony.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
Children older than 12 years are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
