Travel informationBy car:
- Arriving at Durban Airport, follow the N2 in the direction of the North Coast.
- Take the Durban/Pietermaritzburg (N3) turn-off.
- Stay to the right and continue in the direction of Durban on the N3.
- Continue past the Mayville/Sherwood turn-off.
- Continue past the Brickfield turn-off.
- Stay in the left lane and take Ridge Road/Berea/Tollgate Brid turn-off.
- As you approach the traffic lights make a right turn onto Ridge Road.
- Cross the bridge (motorway).
- Take the first street to your right, Charles Strachan Avenue.
- Pass Ultra Liquors on your left.
- Turn left onto Bidston Avenue at the traffic lights.
- Carry on for 100 metres.
- After the bend, the guest house is on the left-hand side.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
One child from 3 to 18 years is charged ZAR 150 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Internet
Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 50 per hour.
