Villa Hout Bay Heights offers panoramic views of the sea. It’s just 20 minutes from Cape Town city and close to Table mountain. The Villa is equipped for self catering with an open plan kitchen.

Directions from Cape Town International Airport:

- From the Airport you take the N2 direction Cape Town
- Join the N2 from the airport heading towards Cape Town.
- Stay in the left hand lane and take the Kirstenbosch / Muizenburg M3 highway turn off.
- This will take you past the University of Cape Town.
- At the first set of traffic lights turn right onto Rhodes Drive (M63 towards Hout Bay & Kirstenbosch botanical gardens).
- Once you have passed Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens on your right, you will reach a T-junction.
- Turn right here and follow the winding road until you reach Constantia Neck.
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Hout Bay Road.
- Continue straight (5.5 km) until you reach a roundabout (the police station will be on your left).
- Take the 2nd exit onto Main Road.
- Take your first left onto Payne Street (409 m).
- Continue to the top of the road and turn right onto Van Hoogstraten Street. - Take the first left onto Armour Road.
- Continue to the top of the road and turn left onto Penzance Ave - Villa Hout Bay Heights will be directly in front of you.
