- 100 metres past the 1st set of traffic lights on the N2, turn left at the Total Garage.
- Then turn left again at the top of the street.
- Turn right into Circular Drive, the 2nd street on your right.
- Follow it to the top to a 4-way intersection.
- Turn right into Watsonia Drive and the villa is at number 13 on your left.

Phantom Suite
This room has a private veranda with views over Knysna Heads and the lagoon. It comprises a main bedroom with a sofa bed, a twin bed which converts into a king-size bed and a sofa bed which sleeps one adult or one child over 12 years old. This room can accommodate 3 adults. Supplement charges are applicable for additional occupancy.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
