Set only 3 km from the town of Komatipoort, Orchards Farm Cottages are nestled in a fruit orchard on the banks of the Komati River.
Soak up sun next to the outdoor pool. Beautiful gardens going all the way down to the river front are excellent for bird-watching or spotting hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat.
Each cottage has a barbecue. The staff at Orchards Farm Cottages can also provide breakfast on request.
Travel informationBy car:
- Coming from Johannesburg/Tswane, follow the N4.
- Continue past the Komatipoort turn-off.
- The cottages are 1 km from the turn-off and Sasol Garage, just a few
metres after the Komati River Bridge.
- When you reach the end of the bridge, turn left into white entrance.
- Follow the arrows for about 200 metres and park underneath the carport.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 14 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs ZAR 50 per hour.
