Located in Mabula, in the heart of the bushveld, Sable Lodge offers spacious chalets. It features an outdoor pool, a veranda overlooking Waterberg and barbecue facilities.

Sable Lodge has elegantly furnished chalets, with exclusive linens and wooden furniture. Each chalet has a private entrance, a satellite TV, and a private balcony.

Guests can enjoy breakfasts, picnic lunches or sunset cocktails while overlooking the wonderful setting of the Waterberg and the wild animals in their natural environment.

The complex is thatched, with the bush and thorn trees creating a natural untamed garden. Sable Lodge is a paradise for bird watchers, hosting more than 300 species.

Travel information
- Take the N1 north towards Polekwane.
- Take Bela Bela turnoff. Go through Bela Bela on R516 towards Thabazimbi.
- After 34 km turn right at Mabula Signboards and follow signs to the Mabula Resort .
- From the main entrance get directions to Sable Lodge.

Important information
Please note that an entrance fee is charged at the entrance of the reserve.

There are no restaurant facilities on the property, but there is a restaurant at the main lodge which is 2 minutes away.
