- Drive on the N3 and take the turn off Richmond Road after the Mirianhill Plaza.
- Continue all the way down Richmond Road and once you're in Pinetown, Richmond Road becomes the Old Main Road.
- Drive along Old Main Road and turn left into Glenugie Road.
- Travel on Glenugie road for about 1 km up to Manors road (4-way junction).
- Turn left into Manors Road and keep driving until you get to Padfield Road.
- Turn right into Padfield Road and travel for about 1 km until you reach
Roosevelt road.
- Once there, turn right and La Familia Guest House is on your right.
From Durban Airport:
- Drive on the N2 towards Durban city.
- Take the turn-off to Pietermarizburg, continue on the N3 past the Pavilion Mall and take the turn-off to Pinetown M13.
- Take another turn-off to New Germany/Pinetown, which will take you up to traffic lights.
- Here, turn right and continue on Otto Volek Road until you reach the Old Main Road of Pinetown.
- Turn left into the Old Main Road and travel along it until you reach Glenugie Road. Then turn right into Glenugie Road.
- Travel on Glenugie Road for about 1 km up to Manors Road (4-way junction).
- Turn left into Manors Road and keep going until you get to Padfield Road.
- Turn right into Padfield Road and travel for about 1 km until you reach Roosevelt Road.
- Once there, turn right again and you will reach La Familia Guest House on your right.

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
