Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 38 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged ZAR 100.00 per night when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
