■ By car

From Cape Town International Airport:
▪ When leaving the airport, turn on to the N2 highway, direction Somerset West / George.
▪ Drive on for 15 minutes to Somerset West off ramp and turn left on to the R44, direction Stellenbosch.
▪ At the first big crossing turn left.
▪ After the BP garage turn right up the hill.
▪ Turn right at the T-junction, and right again into Prunus Street.
▪ A board saying "Helderview Homestead" decorates the wall.
