Travel information
By car:
- Coming from Cape Town, follow the N2 in the direction of Somerset West.
- Turn left at the Baden Powell turn-off and continue in the direction of
Stellenbosch.
- Follow the road past Spier and turn right at the T-junction.
- Take the second road to your left - Devon Valley Road.
- Continue for 5 km and turn right at the Protea Heights entrance.
- Follow the signs directing you to Sugarbird Manor.

- Coming from the N1, take the Stellenbosch turn-off.
- Enter Stellenbosch (Bird Street) and turn right at the traffic lights (R44
junction).
- Pass the railway station, cross the railway bridge and pass Distell.
- After the Distell traffic lights, turn right onto Devonvalley Road.
- Continue for 5 km and turn right at the Protea Heights entrance.
- Follow the signs directing you to Sugarbird Manor.
