Hotels
We feature a selected amount of hotels on our site. These can be booked online using our secure booking engine.

You can request a cancellation or modification by contacting us and quoting your ChooseSouthAfrica.com reference number. All cancellation policies are clearly highlighted at the time of booking and can also be found on your voucher.

Since hotels directly manage their availability on this website, in the rare event that your booking cannot be fulfilled, a ChooseSouthAfrica.com reservation agent will contact you within 24 hours. Should similar alternative accommodation not be available or not to your liking, ChooseSouthAfrica.com is not liable or bound to make-up for such booking. In such instances your credit card will not be charged.

Tours
Full payment is required at the time of booking your Tours. You can request a cancellation or modification by contacting us and quoting your ChooseSouthAfrica.com receipt number. In the event that you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

• More than 7 days notice: 15% Cancellation Fee & 85% will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days notice: ; The full price will be charged.

Airport Transfers
Full payment is required at the time of booking your Transfer. You can request a cancellation or modification by contacting us and quoting your ChooseSouthAfrica.com receipt number. In the event that you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

• More than 7 days notice: 15% Cancellation Fee & 85% will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days notice: ; The full price will be charged.

Currencies
When paying for your booking please be advised that the amount charged to your credit card will be in the currency that you make your booking in. Before checking out please select the appropriate currency, this will ensure that you are charged in that particular currency. i.e. If you hold a UK credit card and you select your preferred currency as GBP, the amount charged to your credit card will appear in GBP, thus avoiding complication of exchange rates! You can change to your preferred currency at the top right hand corner of each page.

Languages
Your booking and respective voucher(s) will be processed in English.

HOTEL PRICE GUARANTEE

1. We are confident that our prices are already the best on the web, but if you book a hotel room with us and then find a lower price on the internet, send in your claim to us which, provided it validates your claim, we will issue you with a refund for the difference. Validation of your claim includes your claim complying with the specific conditions set out in the rest of this clause.
2. Our price promise only applies to prices offered by other online travel agents.
3. Our price promise does not apply to villa or apartment accommodation.
4. You must submit your price match claim by sending an e-mail to enquiry@ChooseSouthAfrica.com with the following information:
   
   
   • Your booking reference number as provided by our website; and
   • Company name and web address of other online travel agent; and
   • Price offered by other online travel agent.
   
   
5. Having received your price match claim, and provided we consider it is justified, we will confirm this to you via e-mail within 3 business days of receipt of your claim, and will credit the card used to make your booking within 15 working days of receipt of your claim with the refund amount.
6. Your claim must be based on a like for like comparison of the same type of room and occupancy in exactly the same hotel, the same services as those offered by ourselves (e.g. inclusive of service charges, taxes and breakfast) and be for the same dates as actually booked.
7. You must claim the refund within 24 hours of the time of your booking with us
8. We must verify the claim to their reasonable satisfaction.
9. The accommodation at the lower price must be available immediately by an on line booking. Accordingly, rooms not available for immediate confirmation but are offered at a lower price are excluded.
10. The accommodation at the lower price must not be a special offer price, discounted due to frequent flyer mileage credits, a promotional price or part of a package.
11. We reserve the right to withdraw or alter in anyway, and without notice, the price guarantee detailed herein.
